- Codfish
- Whole tomatoes
- Basil
- Fresh or dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper

RECIPE
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
- Chop the tomatoes into very small pieces. Add chopped basil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and add olive oil and a little bit of lime juice to taste
- Add the fish to an oven dish. Season it with salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oil on top. Add the mixture on top and cook the fish for aprox. 30 mins or until it’s fully cooked
