Oven baked camembert

INGREDIENTS
- Camembert (Le Rustique)
- Chicory
- Baguette
- Pistachio nuts
- Rosemary
- Pepper
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (heat & grill)
- Open up the camembert, score the top with a knife. Place some rosemary in between the cuts. Bake this for 20 min in the oven
- In the meantime cut the bread, season it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place it in the oven for the last 5 minutes
- Cut the bottom of the chicory and peel the leaves
- Take out the bread & camembert. Top the cheese of with some extra rosemary and crushed pistachios
