Oven baked camembert

INGREDIENTS
  • Camembert (Le Rustique)
  • Chicory
  • Baguette
  • Pistachio nuts
  • Rosemary
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (heat & grill)
  • Open up the camembert, score the top with a knife. Place some rosemary in between the cuts. Bake this for 20 min in the oven
  • In the meantime cut the bread, season it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place it in the oven for the last 5 minutes
  • Cut the bottom of the chicory and peel the leaves
  • Take out the bread & camembert. Top the cheese of with some extra rosemary and crushed pistachios
