Season the chicken with oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Put it in an oven dish and add olive oil, lemon slices, black olives and feta cheese. Bake this in the oven for 30 min at 180°C or until the chicken is cooked
Cook the orzo according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain it, add olive oil and let it cool
Cut bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, feta and flat parsley. Combine this and add olive oil, lemon juice salt, piment d’Espelette and oregano to taste
Serve the greek salad with the orzo and the chicken
