- Naan bread
- Mozzarella
- Arugula
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Make a tomato sauce. Start by cutting cherry tomatoes in half. Cook these in a pot with olive oil. Season with oregano, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and minced garlic. Let this simmer and season some more to taste
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Lay them on paper towels to drain some of the excess water
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Spread the tomato sauce on the naan bread, put the mozzarella slices in top and cook this in the oven until the cheese is melted
- Top it of with some arugula and pepper
