Mushroom toast

INGREDIENTS
  • Sourdough bread
  • White mushrooms
  • Cress
  • Lime
  • Butter
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE
  • Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cook them in a pan with butter and season with salt and pepper
  • In the same pan, add some more butter and toast the bread
  • Put the mushrooms on the toast. Add some cress and some extra pepper. Serve with some lime or lemon for a delicious extra touch
