- Sourdough bread
- White mushrooms
- Cress
- Lime
- Butter
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cook them in a pan with butter and season with salt and pepper
- In the same pan, add some more butter and toast the bread
- Put the mushrooms on the toast. Add some cress and some extra pepper. Serve with some lime or lemon for a delicious extra touch
