Cut a shallot and mix with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and roll the minced meat into meatballs
Heat up some butter in a pan. Cut about 2 slices of the lemon, cook this in the butter and add the meatballs. Brown them on all sides and lower the heat
Clean and cut the mushrooms. Add this to the meatballs and let it brown for a little bit as well
Add the cream to the pan and let it simmer and add about half a cube of vegetable stock. Taste it and season with salt & pepper
