Mushroom & meatballs in a lemon creamy sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • Minced meat
  • Shallot
  • Lemon
  • Mushrooms
  • Rosemary
  • Vegetable stock cube
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut a shallot and mix with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and roll the minced meat into meatballs
  • Heat up some butter in a pan. Cut about 2 slices of the lemon, cook this in the butter and add the meatballs. Brown them on all sides and lower the heat
  • Clean and cut the mushrooms. Add this to the meatballs and let it brown for a little bit as well
  • Add the cream to the pan and let it simmer and add about half a cube of vegetable stock. Taste it and season with salt & pepper
  • Top it of with some fresh rosemary
