Dice an onion and cook it in olive oil with some chopped garlic. Add paprika powder, cumin and curcuma to the pan and let this simmer
Add chopped tomatoes and canned tomatoes and chopped carrots to the pan and continue to let this simmer
Mix the minced meat with some salt, pepper, cumin and paprika powder. Roll the minced meat into small meatballs. Cook them for 15 min at 180°C or in a pan with olive oil until they’re halfway cooked
Chop up a zucchini. Add this to the sauce with the meatballs. Let this simmer until everything is cooked
Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging
Add the chickpeas to the sauce and season one last time. Top everything of with some flat parsley
