Make the tomato sauce. Start with simmering 1/2 onion and some garlic cloves in olive oil on medium heat. Add chili flakes and oregano, cook until fragrant. Add the tomato pulp. Season with salt and pepper and let this simmer for at least 10 min
Put the pizza dough on a baking sheet and put them in the oven until they've browned a little
Take out the baking sheet. Put all the toppings on your pizza and put them back in the oven
Take them out once the mozzarella has melted and add the cold toppings
