- Minced meat
- Whole tomatoes
- Canned tomatoes

RECIPE
- Cut the top from the tomatoes and empty the seeds with a spoon. Save the insides
- Chop a shallot
- Mix the minced meat with the shallot, some oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper
- Put the minced meat in the the tomatoes
- Put everything in an oven dish and drizzle some olive oil on top. Cook it in the oven for 40 min on 180°
- Chop another shallot and let it simmer in a pot with olive oil
- Add some rosemary, thyme and oregano
- Add the tomato insides and canned tomatoes to. Let this simmer, add basil at the end
- Cut the zucchini, put it in an oven dish. Season with salt, pepper, oregano. Add olive oil and cook this in the oven for at least 15 min
- Boil the potatoes in salted water and drain them when fully cooked
- Mash the potatoes and make a purée with butter and some milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
