INGREDIENTS
  • Portobello mushrooms
  • Feta cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chives

  • Olive oil

RECIPE
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Mix the minced meat with chopped chives, chopped parsley, chopped cherry tomatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary and feta cheese. Taste it and season it with salt and pepper
  • Drizzle some oil oil on the mushrooms. Season the with salt and pepper
  • Put the minced meat in the mushrooms and cook it for 30-40 min or until cooked
