Melon jambon

INGREDIENTS
  • Cavaillon melon
  • Ganda ham
  • Basil
  • High quality olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut the melon in two. Hollow out the seeds. Cut the halves in two once again and thinly slice the melon
  • Place the melon on a plate. Season with a little salt and pepper and top it of with a drizzle of olive oil
  • Finally, finish the dish with Ganda ham & some fresh basil
