- Cavaillon melon
- Ganda ham
- Basil
- High quality olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Pepper
- Cut the melon in two. Hollow out the seeds. Cut the halves in two once again and thinly slice the melon
- Place the melon on a plate. Season with a little salt and pepper and top it of with a drizzle of olive oil
- Finally, finish the dish with Ganda ham & some fresh basil
