Loaded hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • Hummus
  • Minced meat
  • Feta cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Parsley
  • Lime
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Ras el hanout
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil 

RECIPE

  • Mince some garlic and cut a red onion. Sauté this in a pan with olive oil until fragrant. Add the minced meat and cook until the meat is slightly browned. Lower the heat and add the spices (cumin, paprika powder, ras el hanout, salt & pepper)
  • Cut tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Mix with some lime juice, olive oil, salt & pepper
  • Spread the hummus on a plate and garnish with the minced meat and vegetables. Sprinkle some feta cheese and flat parsley on top
