INGREDIENTS
- Linguine
- Frozen shrimp
- Red bell pepper
- Cream
- Tomato paste
- White onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Defrost the shrimp in hot water. Take of the shells and remove the dark vein
- Chop some onion and finely mince garlic. Cook these in a pan with olive oil
- Cut the red bell pepper into small pieces and add it to the pan. Cook until almost tender and add the shrimp.
- Bring some water to a boil, add salt and cook the pasta
- Add cream to the shrimp pan, add tomato paste and let it simmer until it's less watery. Season with paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Garnish with parsley
