Lamb burger with a feta sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Minced lamb meat 
  • Feta cheese
  • Greek yoghury
  • Lime
  • Ciabatta bread
  • Cucumber
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Arugula
  • Paprika powder
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Mix the minced lamb meat with cumin powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Form small burger patties
  • Heat up some butter in a pan. Cook the burger and season with salt & pepper
  • With a stand mixer, mix feta cheese, greek yoghurt, lime juice, honey, oregano, salt & pepper. Add grated cucumber and season some more to taste
  • Cut the onion and tomatoes
  • Assemble the burger
