Mix 1/3 lemon juice with 1/3 honey and 1/3 sesame oil. Add finely chopped basil and grated ginger. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Add more lemon juice to taste
Cut up some scallions and heat a pan
Cook both sides of the salmon until slightly browned. Then lower the heat and add the honey glaze.
Simmer on medium heat for 5 min and remove the salmon. Cover the salmon with tin foil and cook the glaze on a higher heat while adding the scallions. Let it cook for another 5 min (add a little bit of water if it becomes too thick)
Add the salmon back to the pan and cover it with the glaze
