Homemade burgers

INGREDIENTS
  • Burger buns
  • Burger patties
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Shallot or a white onion
  • Bacon
  • Ketchup/mayo/...
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter

RECIPE
  • Cut the shallot into fine rings. Cook it in a pan on medium heat with a lot of butter until it’s caramelised
  • Cook the hamburger patties in a pan. Season with salt and pepper and add the cheddar while it’s still cooking. Cover the pan with a lid to let the cheese melt
  • In another pan, cook the bacon. Take it out when it’s done and toast the buns in the bacon grease (only the inside)
  • Slice your veggies of choice & assemble everything
