Mash the avocado Add lime juice of half a lime. Add chilli flakes, salt, pepper, chopped tomatoes and cilantro
Mix greek yoghurt with mustard, lime juice, parsley, mint, salt and pepper
Cut the halloumi and bake it in a hot pan. Sprinkle some dried oregano and chilli flakes. Flip the halloumi when browned. Keep it warm by covering the cooked halloumi with tin foil
Heat the taco shells in a hot pan and cut tomatoes into thin slices
Make the taco’s and top them off with pomegranate seeds and cilantro
