Grilled veggie & burrata salad

INGREDIENTS
- Zucchini (green & yellow)
- Eggplant
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Arugula
- Burrata cheese
- Basil
- Salt & pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
RECIPE
- Cut the zucchini & eggplant into thin slices. Heat up a grill and cook all of the slices until slightly browned
- Mix the cooked veggies and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar
- Mix the arugula with the veggies. Add fresh basil and top it of with burrata cheese
