- Cut the leeks in two. Season them with olive oil, salt and pepper and grills them in the oven at 180°C for 20 min or until they’re cooked & browned
- Crumble up the feta. Add chopped chives, parsley and crumbled Ganda ham. Season with salt and pepper and add some olive oil
