Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging. Let it cool and add olive oil, lime juice, herbamare and pepper
Bring some water to a boil and add salt. Clean and cut the asparagus. Boil the asparagus for 2-3 minutes, drain them and let them cool as well
Cut the cucumber, mint, flat parsley, chives and spring onion. Add this to the quinoa along with the asparagus. Mix this, taste and add more salt or pepper if needed
