Green vegetable quinoa

INGREDIENTS
  • Quinoa
  • Green asparagus
  • Cucumber
  • Spring onion
  • Mint
  • Flat parsley
  • Chives
  • Olive oil
  • Lime
  • Turmeric
  • Salt (herbamare)
  • Pepper
RECIPE
  • Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging. Let it cool and add olive oil, lime juice, herbamare and pepper
  • Bring some water to a boil and add salt. Clean and cut the asparagus. Boil the asparagus for 2-3 minutes, drain them and let them cool as well
  • Cut the cucumber, mint, flat parsley, chives and spring onion. Add this to the quinoa along with the asparagus. Mix this, taste and add more salt or pepper if needed
