INGREDIENTS
- Greek yoghurt
- Frozen red berries
- Lime
- Honey
- Granola
- Mint
RECIPE
- 1. Mix lime juice, lime zest and honey through the greek yoghurt. Distribute over your glasses
- Heat up a pan and melt some butter. Add the berries to the pan along with some honey and lime zest. Cook on high heat for 1-2 min until the fruit has softened a bit
- Assemble the glasses with the berries & granola. Top it of with some fresh mint
