Gorgonzola & Ganda ham quiche

INGREDIENTS
  • Ganda ham grand cru
  • Eggs
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • Emmentaler cheese
  • Chicory
  • Walnuts
  • Nutmeg
  • Gorgonzola
  • Salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut the chicory into two pieces. Cook them in a pan with butter. Cook until browned
  • Mix eggs, cream, milk, emmentaler cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper to make the quiche batter
  • Optional: put a quiche dough in the baking tray
  • Place the chicory and Ganda ham in the baking pan and pour over the quiche batter
  • Cook this in the oven for 40 min at 180°C. Add pieces of gorgonzola and walnuts for the last 10 mins
