Goat cheese & sweet potato appetisers

INGREDIENTS
  • Sweet potato
  • Goat cheese bits
  • Dried cranberries
  • Parlsey
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cut the sweet potato into 1/2 cm slices. Add them to a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, rosemary, thyme, oregano and olive oil
  • Cook the sweet potato for 10 min at 180°C
  • Add goat cheese and cook everything for 20 more minutes
  • Mix the cranberries with parsley and olive oil. Put it on top of the goat cheese
