INGREDIENTS
- Fresh goat cheese with oil and fine herbs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Ciabatta bread
- Micro greens
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Drizzle some olive oil onto the tomatoes and season with thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook them in the oven at 180°C until they burst
- Cut the ciabatta bread and spread the goat cheese on both sides. Add the cooked cherry tomatoes and some micro-greens. Season with salt & pepper
