Ganda ham mac & cheese

INGREDIENTS
  • Pipe rigate pasta
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Gruyere cheese
  • Emmentaler cheese
  • Ganda ham
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot. Let it melt until it’s bubbling. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix this thoroughly. Add milk and let this simmer on medium heat
  • Cook the pasta 2 min less than the required time. Make sure to season the water with salt
  • When the sauce starts to thicken, turn off the heat and add the 3 types of cheeses. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg
  • Mix the sauce with the pasta and add the Ganda ham
  • Put the mixture in oven dishes and top them off with some more cheese and Ganda ham. Let this cook in the oven for 15 min at 180°C
