INGREDIENTS
- Sea bream filet
- Passionfruit
- Orange
- Lime
- Cilantro
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Cut the dorade into thin slices and put it back in the fridge to cool
- Mix some orange juice, passion fruit, lime juice and chili flakes. Don’t add too much lime if the passionfruit is already sour
- Plate the dorade carpaccio and drizzle the mixture on top. Add some fresh cilantro and drizzle some olive oil on top. Serve with salt & pepper
