Chop a shallot and mix it with the minced meat. Add oregano, thyme, salt & pepper to taste
Roll the minced meat into meatballs and add them to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes
Break up some feta, chop the tomatoes and add these to the meatballs. Drizzle more olive oil on top and season with oregano, thyme, salt & pepper. Cook this in the oven for about 15 more minutes, until the meatballs have browned and are cooked through
Put the asparagus on a baking sheet. Season with olive oil, salt & pepper and bake them in the oven for 15 min (simultaneously with the meatballs)
Put the arugula in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil on top and add lime juice, a lot of grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
