Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging. Mix it with the dry spices, salt and pepper to taste. Let this cool for a bit
Bake the merguez sausages in a pan with olive oil. Cut the into smaller pieces when cooked and let it cool
Chop all the veggies and mix them in the couscous
Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, lime and honey. Season with some salt and pepper and add some more dry spices. Mix this in the couscous or keep it on the side
Add the merguez hits and crumbled feta to the couscous and top it of with pieces of spring onion and flat parsley
