- Quiche dough

RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Cut the veggies into thin slices and grill them in a grilling machine until cooked but still firm (or in a pan with olive oil)
- Place the dough into the quiche pan. Make small holes with a fork and place it in the oven until lightly browned. Take it out and let it cool
- Mix 4 eggs with cream and milk (1/2 cream, 1/2 milk). Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add a small handful of emmentaler cheese and some goat cheese bits
- Put the veggies on the dough and cover them with the egg mixture
- Cook everything for 30-40 min or until it’s cooked
