- Yellow curry paste
- Cherry tomatoes
- Coconut milk

- Red bell pepper

RECIPE
- Heat a pot with olive oil and cook roughly chopped ginger, minced garlic and some chopped red onion on medium heat. Cook until fragrant and add a good amount of yellow curry paste
- Cut the chicken into thin strips. Cut the red pepper as wel
- Cook the chicken until slightly browned in a separate pan. Season with salt & pepper and add to the pot with the spices
- Add coconut milk to the pot and let it simmer. Remove the big chunks of ginger
- Add the red pepper and let everything simmer om medium-low heat until the veggies are tender
- Cook the rice and drain it. Add some sesame oil, lime zest and sesame seeds
- Taste, season with salt & pepper and top it of with some sesame seeds, lime juice and cilantro
