Mix the minced meat with chopped spring onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, pepper and grated ginger
Roll the minced meat into balls and place them in the oven at 180°C for 20 min
Chop some red onion and red bell pepper. Cook it in a pan with olive oil at medium heat. Add grated ginger, paprika powder, coriander powder and curcuma. Let this simmer until fragrant
Add 1/2 passata and 1/2 coconut cream to the pan and let this simmer
Add the meatballs to the sauce and season to taste
Top everything of with cilantro, some lime juice and sesame seeds
