Red bell pepper curry meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • Minced meat
  • Spring onion
  • Red onion
  • Red bell pepper
  • Ginger
  • Passata
  • Coconut cream
  • Paprika powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Curcuma powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Mix the minced meat with chopped spring onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, pepper and grated ginger
  • Roll the minced meat into balls and place them in the oven at 180°C for 20 min
  • Chop some red onion and red bell pepper. Cook it in a pan with olive oil at medium heat. Add grated ginger, paprika powder, coriander powder and curcuma. Let this simmer until fragrant
  • Add 1/2 passata and 1/2 coconut cream to the pan and let this simmer
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce and season to taste
  • Top everything of with cilantro, some lime juice and sesame seeds
