- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Basil

RECIPE
Goat cheese dip
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil
- Mix it with the goat cheese and taste it, add salt and pepper if needed
Guacamole
- Cut open the avocado’s & put it in a mixing bowl. Take a stand mixer and mix it until smooth
- Add salt, pepper, chili flakes and some lime juice. Start of with a little lime juice and add more at the end if needed
- Chop the onion, cilantro and tomato, add it to the guac. Taste and add more salt, pepper, chili flakes or lime juice if needed
Serve with fresh produce: I like to use coloured carrots, cucumber, radish, cherry tomatoes and chicory
