- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Cream
- Potatoes
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Oregano
- Paprika powder
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Heat up olive oil in a pan. Cook the chicken on high heat and season with salt & pepper. Lower the heat once browned on both sides
- Peel & cut some tomatoes. Season them wilt paprika powder, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and cook this in the oven until tender
- Add cream to the chicken. Season with paprika powder, oregano salt & pepper and add sun-dried tomatoes
- Cut the mushrooms and add them to the pan along with cleaned spinach. Taste and season some more if needed
- Add fresh sage at the end
