Creamy sun-dried tomato chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Cream
  • Potatoes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil 

RECIPE

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Heat up olive oil in a pan. Cook the chicken on high heat and season with salt & pepper. Lower the heat once browned on both sides 
  • Peel & cut some tomatoes. Season them wilt paprika powder, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and cook this in the oven until tender
  • Add cream to the chicken. Season with paprika powder, oregano salt & pepper and add sun-dried tomatoes
  • Cut the mushrooms and add them to the pan along with cleaned spinach. Taste and season some more if needed
  • Add fresh sage at the end
