Creamy spinach & mushroom chicken

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast
- Mushroom
- Spinach
- Cream
- Chicken stock cube
- Salt & pepper
- Butter
RECIPE
- Cook the chicken breasts in butter. Season them with salt and pepper en cook them until they’re browned on both sides
- Add the chopped mushrooms and spinach
- Add cream and let everything simmer on medium heat for 10-15 min
- Season with salt and pepper and add some chicken stock if it lacks taste
