Creamy shiitake and broccoli chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken thighs
  • Broccoli
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Chicken stock cube
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Cook the chicken in a hot pan with butter. Remove it from the pan once the chicken is halfway cooked
  • Cut up the shiitake mushrooms and cook these in the pan the chicken was in
  • Chop a broccoli and boil it in salted water for 5 min. Drain it and add it to the mushrooms
  • Add heavy cream, salt, pepper and chicken stock to the pan. Stir until everything is combined
  • Add the chicken to the sauce. Let this simmer for 15 min or until the chicken is cooked. Season one last time
