Creamy shiitake and broccoli chicken

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thighs
- Broccoli
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Chicken stock cube
- Olive oil
RECIPE
- Cook the chicken in a hot pan with butter. Remove it from the pan once the chicken is halfway cooked
- Cut up the shiitake mushrooms and cook these in the pan the chicken was in
- Chop a broccoli and boil it in salted water for 5 min. Drain it and add it to the mushrooms
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper and chicken stock to the pan. Stir until everything is combined
- Add the chicken to the sauce. Let this simmer for 15 min or until the chicken is cooked. Season one last time
