Creamy mushroom chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken thighs
  • Cream
  • Chicken stock cube
  • Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
RECIPE
  • Melt some butter in a pan. Add the chicken and let it brown on all sides. Take it out of the pan and put in in the oven at 180°C
  • Cut all the mushrooms and a small onion. Cook this in the fat from the chicken
  • Add the cream and stir. Let this simmer on low heat and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken back to the cream
  • If it doesn’t have enough taste you can add some chicken stock or season with some more salt and pepper
  • Let this simmer until the chicken is fully cooked
  • Serve the dish with some parsley and lemon zest
