Creamy mushroom chicken

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken thighs
- Cream
- Chicken stock cube
- Mushrooms
- Butter
- Lemon
- Parsley
RECIPE
- Melt some butter in a pan. Add the chicken and let it brown on all sides. Take it out of the pan and put in in the oven at 180°C
- Cut all the mushrooms and a small onion. Cook this in the fat from the chicken
- Add the cream and stir. Let this simmer on low heat and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken back to the cream
- If it doesn’t have enough taste you can add some chicken stock or season with some more salt and pepper
- Let this simmer until the chicken is fully cooked
- Serve the dish with some parsley and lemon zest
