Creamy leek meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • Minced meat
  • Cream
  • Leek
  • Shallot
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE

  • Chop a shallot
  • Mix the minced meat with the shallot, salt & pepper.
  • Roll the mixture into meatballs and cook them in a pan with olive oil
  • Cut the leek into small pieces and add this to the pan. The leftover leek can be cooked in the oven for 15 min at 180°C
  • Add your cream to a pan. Let this simmer until the cream has reduced and become less watery
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
