RECIPE
- Chop a shallot
- Mix the minced meat with the shallot, salt & pepper.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs and cook them in a pan with olive oil
- Cut the leek into small pieces and add this to the pan. The leftover leek can be cooked in the oven for 15 min at 180°C
- Add your cream to a pan. Let this simmer until the cream has reduced and become less watery
- Add salt & pepper to taste
