RECIPE
- Pat the steak dry and season on both sides with salt & pepper
- Melt some butter in a hot pan and cook the steak until browned on both sides. Lower the heat and cook until you’ve reached your desired cuisson
- Once the steak is cooked. Set it aside and cover it with some tin foil to keep it warm
- Deglaze the pan with a small shot of water. Stir with a wooden spoon and add cream. Let this simmer on medium heat until the cream has a thicker consistency.
- Add gorgonzola to the cream. Make the sauce as strong as you want depending on the amount of gorgonzola you add. Taste and season with salt & pepper
- Cook the fries using an air fryer, regular fryer or oven
- Cut the chicory and mix it with some mayonaise. Season with salt & pepper to taste
