Creamy chervil Brasvar pork tenderloin

INGREDIENTS
  • Pork tenderloin by Brasvar
  • Cream
  • Frozen peas
  • Froze chervil
  • Shallots
  • Potatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter
RECIPE
  • Take a big pan and heat it up on the stove. Melt some butter and cook the meat until golden brown on all sides. Season the meat with salt and pepper while you cook it
  • Lower the heat to medium heat and add roughly chopped shallots. Let it simmer. Add some more butter if needed
  • Add two packs of cream and let everything simmer on medium low heat. Season it some more with salt and pepper and add the frozen chervil and peas. Defrosting the chervil in the microwave before you add it makes it easier to stir
  • Let everything simmer in low heat with a lid
  • Cut up potatoes in half. Cook them in salted water and take them out when almost done. Melt some butter in a pan and brown the potatoes in the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add some smoked paprika for extra flavour
