- Salmon
- Cream
- Broccoli
- Vegetable stock cube
- Oregano
- Thyme

RECIPE
- Cut the broccoli
- Heat up a pan and add olive oil. Add oregano & thyme. Add the broccoli to the pan along with a small glass of water. Steam the broccoli with a lid for 5 minutes.
- Add the cream to the pan with 1/2 cube of vegetable stock and let this simmer until the broccoli is cooked
- In another pan, cook the salmon with olive oil, salt & pepper
- Once the salmon is browned on both sides, add it to the cream. Let this simmer for 5-7 minutes to cook the salmon.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed
