Defrost the shrimp by letting them sit for 5-10 min in hot water. Remove the shell and clean the insides by scoring a small line on the back of the shrimp
Chop up your veggies and onion
Let the onion simmer on low heat in olive oil. Add ras el hanout, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, oregano and chili flakes, let this simmer as well
Crank up the heat and quickly sear the shrimp on both sides. Take them back out of the pan and set them aside
Add the veggies to your pan and cook them on medium heat. Once halfway cooked, add the cream and stir. Add the shrimp and leave it in low heat. Season with salt and pepper
Cook some rice and drain it when ready
Top everything off with some chives, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes
