Cold pea gazpacho w/ Ganda ham

INGREDIENTS
  • Ganda grand cru ham
  • Frozen peas
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Lime
  • Handfull of mint leaves
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Blend the peas, cucumber, avocado, onion and mint with some water until a smooth consistency is reached. Keep adding water if you think the soup is too thick
  • Season with chilli flakes, salt, pepper. Add lime juice, lime zest and some olive oil to taste
  • Keep it in the fridge until everything has cooled off. Season one last time and top it of with chopped up Ganda grand cru ham
