- Fennel

RECIPE
- Cut the fennel into thin slices (easy with a mandolin)
- Toss the fennel with the juice of 1/2 lime, some olive oil and salt and pepper
- Cut the citrus fruit and add them to the fennel along with some flat parsley
- Add the burrata and season with some more salt & pepper.
- Drizzle some olive oil on top
