Chorizo & mozzarella spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
- Spaghetti
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan
- Chorizo
- Fresh spinach
- Cream
- Tomato paste
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
RECIPE
- Heat up some water for the pasta. Season it with salt. Add the pasta once the water is boiling
- Cut a shallot, garlic and chorizo. Cook the in a pan with olive oil add oregano and tomato paste and let it simmer
- Add the cream to the pan. Let this simmer until the cream has thickened. Turn of the heat and season with salt & pepper
- Drain the pasta but save a cup of pasta water. Add the pasta to the sauce, add some pasta water and parmesan cheese and stir until combined
- Cut mozzarella cheese and use it to top of the pasta. Add some fresh basil and some pepper
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
