Cook the whole chicory’s in a pot with some water (1 glass). Add salt and pepper and let this simmer until they’ve cooked fully. Let them cool of a little and keep the liquid
Melt some butter in a pot until small bubbles start to form. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix this thoroughly. Add milk and the leftover liquid, let this simmer on medium heat. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg when it starts to thicken
Wrap ham around every chicory. Place everything in an oven tray and cover it with the sauce. Add some more grated cheese and cook it in the oven for 10 min at 180°
