Cut up the chicken into small cubes. Melt some butter in a hot pan and add chicken seasoning, a diced shallot and diced red bell pepper. Add the chicken and cook until browned
Cut up the cauliflower and season it with ras el hanout, salt and pepper. Add olive oil and cook it in the oven for 20-30 min at 180°C (heat & grill)
Mix the mayo with curry powder, some lime juice and salt and pepper to taste
Cut the cucumber, red onion and cherry tomatoes
Add spring onion, parsley, chives, olive oil, salt and pepper to the tomatoes
