Caesar salad w/ yoghurt dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • Sucrine
  • Egg
  • Asparagus
  • Baguette,
  • Chicken filet
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Rosemary
  • Parsley
  • Mustard,
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Lime
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil

RECIPE

  • Cut the chicken in thins strips and cook it in olive oil with salt, pepper and chicken spices
  • Cook the asparagus in olive oil with salt and pepper
  • Cut the vegetables
  • Cook the eggs for 7 minutes in boiling water
  • Dressing: mix greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of mustard, lime, salt, pepper and fresh parsley
  • Breadcrumbs: break the bread into bite size pieces, cover it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add rosemary and grill it in the oven until golden brown
