RECIPE
- Cut the chicken in thins strips and cook it in olive oil with salt, pepper and chicken spices
- Cook the asparagus in olive oil with salt and pepper
- Cut the vegetables
- Cook the eggs for 7 minutes in boiling water
- Dressing: mix greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of mustard, lime, salt, pepper and fresh parsley
- Breadcrumbs: break the bread into bite size pieces, cover it with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add rosemary and grill it in the oven until golden brown
