Cauliflower and minced meat oven dish

INGREDIENTS
  • Minced meat
  • Spinach
  • Cauliflower
  • Cream
  • Onion
  • Potatoes
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
RECIPE
  • Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until cooked. Once cooked, drain them and put them back on the stove to dry. Mash the potatoes and add butter and milk. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper
  • Cook the minced meat in a pan with butter. Of it doesn’t have a lot of taste, cook it with a small onion. Season with salt and pepper
  • Separate cauliflower heads. Cook them in salted water. Put them back on the stove to dry
  • Cook the spinach in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and add the cream. Let this simmer until you’ve reached a good consistency. Season once more with salt and pepper
  • Start layering in an oven dish: minced meat on the bottom, cauliflower, creamy spinach and mashed potatoes. Top it all off with some grated cheese
  • Cook it in the oven for 15-20 min, crank up the heat for the last 5 mins to make a golden crust
