Caprese salad w/ anchovy and capers

INGREDIENTS
  • Tomatoes 
  • Burrata
  • Anchovy in oil
  • Capres
  • Fresh basil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Pepped
  • Olive oil
  • Lime
  • Salt & pepper
RECIPE
  • Cut the tomatoes and lay them out on a plate. Add coarse sea salt and a bit of lime juice and let this sit. Afterwards, sprinkle some olive oil on top and add pepper
  • Tear/cut the burrata into smaller pieces and place them on the tomatoes
  • Top it of with anchovy, capers and fresh basil
