Cook the chicken in a hot pan with olive oil. Cook it until the skin has browned. Add it to a dish and cover it with olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and some lime zest. Cook this in the oven for 20 min at 180° or until the chicken is fully cooked
Take a new pan and heat it up with some olive oil. Add the green asparagus to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook them until they’re done
Cut the little gem salads in half and also cook them in a pan with olive oil. Cook them until they’ve browned a little bit
Cut up an avocado and place al the components together
Dressing: mix greek yoghurt with a tablespoon of mayo. Season with salt, pepper and lime. Add finely chopped parsley
Top everything of with some more parmesan cheese and parsley
